About Me

I’ve spent much of my career helping good work become more workable.

I’m Dr. Carrie Rosario, a strategist, operator, board leader, and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience working across organizations, programs, leadership teams, and boards.

My experience spans the full arc of organizational work, from day-to-day operations and program development to leadership oversight, governance, executive search, strategic planning, and organizational assessment. I’ve managed programs, led academic units, chaired boards and committees, guided complex initiatives, supported accreditation and review processes, and worked across teams with different priorities and responsibilities.

That range matters. I understand what decisions look like at the leadership level, and what it takes to make them workable in practice.

My doctoral and master’s-level training in public health adds another lens: I’m comfortable thinking in systems, working with evidence, analyzing complex problems, and understanding how people, structures, and environments shape how organizations function.
